Arts & Crafts Workshops by Fabula at ETLIBERI

Join us for exciting and creative workshops designed to inspire and engage your little ones! Hosted by Fabula and held at ETLIBERI's 4th-floor space, these workshops offer hands-on crafting fun with various adorable and imaginative themes. Each session invites children to explore their artistic talents while creating unique keepsakes to take home.

Meet the Teacher

Fernanda Brandao

Born in Brazil, she completed part of her studies in Rome (Italy). Graduated in Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Brasilia (Brazil) and, after working in architectural offices, returned to Italy to study for a master's degree in Industrial Design at the Scuola Politecnica di Design (SPD - Milan).

Moved to Tokyo in 2002 and, in collaboration with Japanese designers, designed children's products, currently on sale on the Japanese market. Awarded by the Opus design competition (2008) and Good Design (2016 - Pappa series tableware) & (2017- Toccatutto series furniture)

Currently develops art workshops for children.

Fabula's Vision

Childhood is a time of funny laughter, mischief, free imagination and a brain that develops by the minute. At fabula, we want to encourage children to make the most of their potential and interest in new forms of expression through arts and crafts. Inspired by nature and books loved by children, fabula seeks to encourage curiosity, using recyclable and everyday materials. A curious mind is a healthy mind!

I also believe that everything we create has its own story, and that it is always an important chapter that holds special meaning for its creators. That's why I named my brand "fabula". The name, which means "story" or "fairy tale" in Latin, reflects our hope that all those who travel with us will create their own stories and add new chapters through their crafts and experiences.

1. Pool Drop Game

Ages: Kids (6 +) Parent-Child lesson OK!
Time: 10:00-12:00
Cost: ¥7500 (includes material fee)
Description: Kids will choose colorful paper floaties and crreate a fun ball drop game out of cardboard. They will play with marbles and try to score as many points as possible! Just make sure the ducks don't get in your way! As they play, kids add up their points. This is a fun way to practice addition away from textbooks and screens. ❤︎

2. Cardboard Butterfly/Dragon Wings

Ages: Kinder (4 - 12 years) Parent-Child lesso OK!
Times: 12:30-14:30
Cost: ¥7000 (includes material fee)
Description: Kids will make original butterfly or dragon wings using cardboard, cellophane, colored paper, stickers and masking tape. They can choose the colors for all details. Let the magic happen!

3. Original Pouch

Ages: Kids (2+ years) Parent-Child Lesson OK!
Times: 15:00-16:30
Cost: ¥4000 (includes material fee)
Description: Kids will use wooden toys and alphabet letters as stamps to make their very own pouch, where the can put colored pencils, sall toys and little treasures.

1. Merry-Go-Round!

Ages: 8y-12y old

Description:
If you love amusement parks, join us and make this beautiful Merry-Go-Round made of paper with a rotating wooden base. Children can draw the little horses and color them with their favorite shades! This can be played with or used as a room decoration! *options: pink/green or blue/red

2. Your own Kelly-inspired Bag - Fall collection (set of 2)

Ages: 3-6Y with parents, or 6+ and above
Cost: ¥8000 (includes material fee)
Description:
Fabula's original bags are back this fall in gorgeous colors with double the charm! Children will make their own Kelly-inspired bag with all the details made entirely of paper! They will also make a pom pom to decorate it with a mini version of their choice. This is perfect for the stylish mother and daughter duos who love to match and create together!

3. Halloween Bus Stop

Ages: Kids (4 - 12 years)
Cost: ¥7000 (includes material fee)
Description:
Children will make 3 adorable peg doll Halloween characters of their choice. then assemble and decorate a spooky bus stop stand with paper bats and stickers. A perfect activity to celebrate Halloween!

4. Haunted House + PomPom Pumpkins

Ages: Kids (6 + years)
Cost: ¥7500 (includes material fee)
Description:
Children will pick from 2 of the available colors (khaki or light pink) to make a spooky haunted house and decorate it with pom pom pumpkins. The completed house can als be used as a box to put halloween treats or hide small treasures.

5. Halloween Paper Lanterns (set of 3)

Ages: Kids (8-12 years)
Cost: ¥7000 (includes material fee)
Description:
This year we prepared some very unique paper lanterns for older children to sharpen their paper foldng skills. Each lantern is made from a single sheet of paper, and the result is spooky yet cute!! Choose your favorite color and join us! Children will make a set of 3 lanterns. *Option: orange/black or pink/white.
