Returns

At ETLIBERI, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary, and we want to make the process as seamless as possible for you.

Our returns policy ensures that you can shop with confidence, knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it.

Conditions for Returns:

- All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unused condition.

- The original garment tags must still be attached.

- Returns must be made within 28 working days of receipt.

- We do not accept returns of non-faulty products that have been worn, used, and/or have had the garment tags removed.

How to Return an Item:

Returning an item is easy. Simply complete the returns form included in your parcel and package the item securely to ensure it does not get damaged during transit.

We recommend using a signed-for postal service to return the item, as we cannot refund orders that are lost in the post. Please retain your proof of postage until we confirm receipt of the item.

Refunds:

Once the returned item has been approved for a refund, we will credit the original purchaser's debit/credit card for the amount paid, minus any postage costs (unless the item was faulty).

Our goal is to process refunds as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
